The front desk staff made me feel welcome. Then someone named Jaime unprofessionally twice called me by my first bame ecen though I asked him to call me Miss Hopkins. The podiatrist, Dr. Coutier-Champagne was outstanding. She discovered things that my previous podiatrist overlooked. I was impressed and appreciative

I had a great experience at Community Health Network (CHN). From the front desk to the nurses to the doctors, everyone was kind, patient, and very respectful with my kids. My son was really upset during his blood work (as expected), but they handled it so calmly and gently and did everything they could to make him feel at ease. They even gave my kids books, which was such a thoughtful touch. I honestly don’t understand the low rating this clinic is caring, professional, and great with children. I would definitely recommend it to other families.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I made an appointment and, both times I went, I had to wait over 40 minutes to be seen by a doctor. At my most recent visit, I had a 10:30 AM appointment, and at 11:15 AM they brought another patient in ahead of me. That was extremely frustrating and felt very disrespectful of my time. If there are delays, they should at least communicate them clearly instead of making patients sit and wait without explanation. I understand that medical offices can get busy, but consistently long waits and allowing later appointments to go ahead shows a lack of organization and consideration. Patients plan their schedules around their appointment times, and it doesn’t seem like this clinic values that. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication, because this experience was not professional.

My first visit was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and professional, from the front office, medical assistants, and providers. I had my first pap done here and Dr. Kim made it so comfortable. It didn’t hurt at all. Also got my labs drawn here at the same time so it’s lovely. I had issues with my meds and they fix it by the end of the day. I’d definitely come here again.

I’ve visited the both the Washington Heights and Harlem locations and received excellent care & service. It takes a while sometimes to get them on the phone, but other than that I’m utterly confused about the poor reviews. The nurse practitioners and doctors are competent and I’ve not experienced long wait times as I have at other clinics. Perhaps it’s the time that I go which is in the morning or early afternoon. Additionally, before I lost my job I had excellent insurance and went to many high end private doctors’ offices. I’ve found this clinic to be comparable or better in every way. I’ve found my experience with this clinic to be friendly, patient-oriented, down-to-earth, & efficient. It’s clean & everything is connected through technology so you can go to either clinic & they have your information & history on file. They call in prescriptions quickly & don’t make you feel embarrassed to ask questions. They’re patient & explain everything. Whenever I leave a message, a health care professional calls me back within 48 hours (from a private number so you have to remember that & not decline the call!). On the whole, I highly recommend this clinic, particularly the nurse practitio
